This is a young women's support group whose purpose is to empower and equip young women to achieve their dreams and goals.
The girls will learn how to apply new life skills to all of the topics listed below:

Healthy Relationships - The Power of Right Associations
The A, B, C's of Positive Thinking (All Because of Courage)
Body Image - How to Ignore the Negative Messages from the Media
How to Take a Great Selfie - The Steps to Building Healthy Self-Esteem
The Power of Productive Daily Routines - Small Efforts Yielding Big Results

Each participant for this group will need to fill out an intake packet.
This is an open group that meets with a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for the purpose of getting support in a professional and confidential environment.
The goal is to learn new coping and stress management skills to help with your current life and school stressors.
